Join lisa nevada for an open level class series that will ignite your love for moving and inspire untethered expression. Participants will be guided through a full body warm-up then transition into boundless movement exploration, individually and as a community. Each session will conclude with 10 minutes of stretching and breath work to restore our energy and heal our bodies. Each session will provide a safe environment, free of judgement and full of love. Bio:
lisa nevada is a migratory choreographer, performer, educator, producer, and naturalist. Her choreographic compositions focus on site-specific dances in nature and unconventional performance spaces, as well as the concert stage. Nevada facilitates workshops and classes for all levels and abilities in an effort to ignite embodied change and joy. Her work has been commissioned by galleries, dance and theatre companies, and music symposiums throughout the U.S. She is co-director and resident choreographer of SHIFT | DANCE, based in Albuquerque, NM and actively creates and performs under lisanevadadance. lisanevada.com
